Sure, Airbnb is the place to go when you are looking for an inexpensive place to stay, but that doesn’t mean every place on the site is affordable. In fact, some of the places are so amazing that stars, such as Mariah Carey, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Beyonce, have rented them. While most of us may not be able shell out thousands of dollars for a single night’s stay like many of Hollywood’s top stars, at least we can dream. Here’s a look at the most expensive Airbnb properties in the world.

1. Private Chateau in France’s Loire Valley ($10,034/ night)

Airbnb

Thanks to the 17 bedrooms and 15 bathrooms, you could split the cost of this private chateau with a few dozen friends to make it affordable. The property includes a 123-acre park, along with a sauna, heated pool, tennis court, golf course, and much more. It goes without saying that it is perfectly decorated…to the point you’d probably be scared to touch anything. As an added bonus, the owners are now advertising a lower price. At a mere $3,958 a night, it’s a real deal.

2. A Luxury Yacht in Cabo (Around $13,000/ night)

What better way to sail around Cabo, Baja, and the Californian coast than on a luxury yacht, the Panache. At 112 ft. long, it has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, along with the captain, the crew, an award-winning chef, and a 24-hour stewardess. Of course, all kinds of water toys, including jet skis, snorkeling equipment, and fishing gear is included, so you are sure to have a great time.

3. A California home in the Los Altos Hills ($30,000/ night)

Airbnb

If you’ve always dreamed of sleeping where Beyoncé and Justin Bieber have slept and want the opportunity to check out exquisite views of the San Francisco, now’s your chance. This gorgeous, contemporary styled home includes five bedroom suites with walls of windows that allow you to see everything below, as well as gourmet kitchen, game room with full bar, and fitness center. Outside, the infinity pool and fire pit offer plenty of outdoor fun. As for safety, of course, it’s gated and includes a surveillance system.

4. Regal Beach Club in the Cayman Islands (around $10,320/ night)

Airbnb

Via: Airbnb

Honestly, this 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom condo might be a tad overpriced. Yes, it offers gorgeous views of the ocean, but based on the pictures, you have to turn to the left to see it. In addition, the condo is gorgeously decorated; if you are a fan of white everything, which doesn’t seem to be the best option at the beach. Nevertheless, the condo is well stocked and comfortable.

5. Te Hihi Luxury Estate in Auckland, New Zealand (around $2,481/ night)

e64382fb-48bb-4e2a-be89-18d7296f27c9

This 92 acre estate and the large home on it are a real bargain. The well decorated house has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, which makes it perfect for a group of friends to split up the rental cost. With a private 9 hole golf course, gym, private lake, Jacuzzi, heated swimming pool, and private lake, there is plenty to do while staying here. As an added bonus, there is on-site management and concierge service to ensure you are treated like royalty throughout your stay.

6. Villa Machiavelli in Toscana, Italy (around $7,708/ night)

Airbnb

Via: Airbnb

This exquisite villa was built in the 16th century, but has been expertly restored to offer all the comforts (and more) that we expect in the 21st century. It includes 10 bedrooms, 8 or more bathrooms, and offers panoramic views of the Italian countryside, which must be seen to believe. Of course, it’s fully staffed and a private chef can be arranged and has the amenities you could possibly need, including a stocked wine cellar.

7. Historical Home in New Orleans, LA (around $10,309/ night)

Airbnb

Via: Airbnb

Conveniently situated in the Garden District, this home features 4 private suites, as well as a luxury guest home out back. Despite its period décor, it is fully equipped with a gourmet kitchen (though you’ll be cooking for yourself because there’s no staff here). It has a pool and garden, but it’s just not quite the similarly priced French villa mentioned above.

8. Abode at Red Cloud in Park City, UT (around $10,326/ night)

Airbnb

Via: Airbnb

Great for skiers or anyone who wants to see amazing views of the Unita mountain range, this 5 bedroom/ 6.5 bathroom house is definitely a sight to see, thanks to how beautifully it is decorated. It includes a wine cellar, wet bar, steam room, heated patio, exercise studio, and a state-of-the-art screening room. Unfortunately, you are on your own again. There’s no staff here.

9. Film Location in Brooklyn, NY (around $8,261/ night)

Airbnb

Via: Airbnb

Interestingly, this home is really more for use in the movies than it is as a rental property. That being said it has 6 bathrooms/ 5 bedrooms and is filled with museum-quality artwork. Originally built in 1887, it has been meticulously restored.
